1. Introduction
PumpRex (“we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our mobile application handles your data.
2. Data Collection
PumpRex does not collect or transmit any personal data to our servers. All data you enter is stored locally on your device: an optional display name, workout programs and history, set logs with weight, reps, RPE and RIR, body metrics (weight, body fat, muscle mass, measurements), progress photos, and app settings. If you enable iCloud sync, your data is also stored in your personal iCloud account. We do not require account creation, registration, email address, or any personal information to use the app.
3. Data Storage and iCloud Sync
PumpRex does not use our own cloud servers or remote databases. By default, your data is stored locally on your device. You can optionally enable iCloud sync to keep your workout data and progress photos in sync across your Apple devices. iCloud data is encrypted by Apple in transit and at rest, and stored in your private iCloud container. We have no access to your iCloud data. You can disable sync or delete all cloud data from within the app’s Settings at any time.
4. Third-Party Services
PumpRex does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. No data is shared with any third parties.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
PumpRex offers auto-renewing subscriptions (monthly and yearly) with a free trial period. All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. Refer to Apple’s privacy policy for details on payment data handling.
6. Camera & Photos
PumpRex requests camera and photo library access solely for capturing and storing progress photos. Photos are stored locally on your device and optionally in your iCloud container. They are never uploaded to our servers or shared with third parties.
7. Data Deletion
You can delete all local app data by uninstalling the application. If you have enabled iCloud sync, you can delete your cloud data from the app’s Settings using the “Delete Cloud Data” option, or through your iCloud settings.
8. Age Restriction
PumpRex is not directed at children under the age of 13. The app does not collect personal information from anyone.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
