1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading and using PumpRex, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
PumpRex is a workout tracking application available on the Apple App Store. The app offers auto-renewing subscriptions (PumpRex Pro) that unlock all features. Data is stored locally on your device with optional iCloud sync across your Apple devices.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
PumpRex Pro is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription with a free trial period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. If you cancel during a free trial, you lose access to trial features immediately. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. All refunds are governed by Apple’s App Store policies.
4. Health Disclaimer
PumpRex is a workout tracking tool only. It does not provide medical, fitness, or health advice. You are solely responsible for your own health and safety during exercise. Always consult a qualified medical professional before starting any exercise program.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design, branding, and code within PumpRex are the property of PumpRex. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of the application without prior written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
PumpRex is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any injuries, damages, data loss, or other losses resulting from the use of the app. You are responsible for backing up your device and managing your iCloud storage.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland.
